Exchange 2013 SP1 Setup Error

Get the following error when installing Exchange 2013 SP1 on Server 2008 R2 Standard

The following error was generated when "$error.Clear();

Parameter name: array"".

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

exchange sp1 is the same as cumulative update 4 which is long out of support
you should be installing from CU10 which is the latest (and is a full install)...then see if that error still occurs

When using the Cumulative Update 10 for Exchange Server 2013 to install Exchange do i use the same product key that i have for Exchange 2013 SP1?
