Shortel phone issues

Hello! Exxperts,

I am new to shortel and seems to having lot of issue with shortel phone such as one a way audio, humming, jittering, I meant lots of voice quality related issue.

Please provide some info to begin isolating issues.

Ground all switches with a length of cable between the back of the switch and an electrical ground.

Make sure your using good cable.

The ShoreTel Paging Adapter mitigates 60Hz and ground noise found in some paging installations.

Make sure that the different CoS levels are set correctly.
