Can not change Windows 10 Pro display language. Language pack isn't available

My version of is Windows 10 Pro 64.

When I try to change display language from English to any other language (I tried Polish, French and Greek - none worked - I assume that others do not work either)

When I go to:
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Language\Language options

I get following:

Windows display language. A language pack isn't available.

This PC was just updated with the first major service pack (not sure what is the official name for it)
Not sure if language packs were available before as I did not get myself to try this until now.

I wonder what was the experience of this update for other fellow humans?
For me some things got fixed up with this update (like VPN) and some messed up my PC (I had to reinstall some of the drivers and change default programs as the update reset everything to defaults, plus some minor cosmetic things like it removed background etc.)

By the way - this kind of forced updates will make people to hate MS even more - can you imagine the day after for the IT in any company?

Any idea how to get those language packs?

what is your built version of your windows 10?

Have you tried the following procedure?

Press Windows + I keys on the keyboard to open Settings menu.
Click on Time and language in settings window.
Click on Region and language from left navigation pane.
Click on Add a language (+ symbol)
Select French language pack.
Now, click on Italian language pack and click on Set a default button under the Region and language from left navigation pane.

Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, select Control panel.
Type Language in the search bar located at the top right corner of Control panel and click on language.
Click on the French language pack on the Language window.
Click on Download and install language pack button under French language pack.
Enter the administrator password if prompted.
Click on Save button.

this did not work - this looks like one of the default methods that should work (as the one that I tried myself and is described in my original question) - but it did not work.

this worked! - thank you.

I assume that what I experience is a bug in Windows 10 - is that correct?
Should the method that I originally tried work?
McKnifeCommented:
Don't know if that should work, I guess it should. I am using lpksetup all the time, since win7, or so.
