Microsft license question

1. Is it possible to use old TSCal from a Windows Small Business Server 2011 premium (OEM) on a new Windows 2012 R2 terminal server? The new server is in a totaly new domain with a new 2012 R2 domain controller and the old domain is turned off.

2. Is it possible to move a VM that is on a old Windows 2008 R2 (that was in the Windows Small Business Server 2011 premium package) to a new 2012 R2 Hyper-V server?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

1. No, not if the end server is 2012 R2 as the licenses will be for 2008 R2.

2. Yes, there is no dependency on the SBS server, from what I recall it comes with its own license key
