profile keeps resetting
Hi guys
i have this weird issue. i have 2 users that have issues with profile. What they do is at end of shutdown, they log in and notice all desktop icons are missing, there outlook not configured etc.
They log off, log back in, all desktop icons re-appear. But outlook is still not configured so they have to re-configure.
this is a daily job for those 2 users. It happens literally every day!.
I am not sure where to start, i have checked GPO and its same for other users and they don't have that issue at all.
Can you advice what i can do to have look or start troubleshooting? or what the issue could be here? theres other desktops in same ou and they dont have that issue.
Other users in the OU and they also dont have the issue. So my initial thought is issue lays within the workstation or profile.
Please provide some advice
thanks

The profiles that you are talking about are roaming?
Are you receiving any error messages when logon?
