I did exactly as you said also deleted user off the registry and this seemed to have done the trick.<br />

i have this weird issue. i have 2 users that have issues with profile. What they do is at end of shutdown, they log in and notice all desktop icons are missing, there outlook not configured etc.<br />
<br />
They log off, log back in, all desktop icons re-appear. But outlook is still not configured so they have to re-configure.<br />
<br />
this is a daily job for those 2 users. It happens literally every day!.<br />
<br />
I am not sure where to start, i have checked GPO and its same for other users and they don't have that issue at all.<br />

Can you advice what i can do to have look or start troubleshooting? or what the issue could be here? theres other desktops in same ou and they dont have that issue.<br />
