Dear All
i have a user control in a  web page i need from the webuser control to find a control that exist in the form

below is my code in the usercontrol
dim txt_id as new textbox
txt_id = me.parent.age.findControl("txt_test")

but it is not working please HELPPP

weuser control 1 is in form1

on a button click that exist in webusercontrol1
i am finding a textbox that exist in form1 so i can enable it

Use control ID naming to find control when using master page in asp.net.

i found the  solution by using  :
Dim controlName As String = page.Request.Params("__EVENTTARGET")
in order to check from where the postbasck is coming so i can do whateveri want
