Syntax errors for ADODB connection

Below is my VBA code to run a SQL 2008 stored procedure from Excel VBA.  I copied the connection string from another Excel connection I use.

I am getting an error in the conn.ConnectionString statement.

Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Dim conn As ADODB.Connection
Dim cmd As ADODB.Command

Set conn = New ADODB.Connection
conn.ConnectionString =
Integrated Security=SSPI;
PersistSecurity Info=True;
Data Source=ptm-dr01;
Use Procedure for Prepare=1;
Auto Translate=True;
Packet Size=4096;
Workstation ID=PMC-TS;
Use Encryption for Data=False;
Tag with column collation when possible=False;
Initial Catalog = livedb

Set cmd = New ADODB.Command
cmd.ActiveConnection = conn
cmd.CommandType = adCmdStoredProc
cmd.CommandText = "sp_Restraint_Log"

Set conn = Nothing
Set cmd = Nothing
