Hi there
A very strange issue with the sub folders in my folder window,
When my user has their folders and sub folders expanded and then clicks to delete an email suddenly all the folders and sub folder collapse. This has only started happening today but i have no idea why??

Follow these steps to fix the issue: -
• Start Outlook in Safe Mode and disable Add-ons.
• Create New Profile.
• Restart the computer.
• Reset the setting: View > View Settings > Group By > Expand/Collapse Default > All Expanded.

Try to open Outlook in safe mode using following command:
“outlook.exe /safe”
sometimes, add-ins cause such kind of flawes in Outlook’s working.
