Setup: Windows 7 Enterprise, 64 bit O/S, Office 2010 SP2, most updates applied
Outlook 2010 connecting to Exchange 2010.
A/V: Sophos Corporate Edition
Main Software: GoldMine Premium Edition
Symptoms: Randomly Outlook freezes and cannot even use the Task Manager to kill it, needs hard reboot.
Troubleshooting done so far:
- Recreated the local mail profile
- Unchecked "Cached Mode"
