Windows 12 server "RPC server is unavailable

I can't seem to fix the RPC error "server is unavailable" I have check DNS, made sure all the necessary services are running and still no RPC connection between group policy servers and the clients. I can ping between the two, remote desktop  between the two. The firewalls are turned off on all devices, File and printer sharing is turned on. I have 546 computers and all of them fail group policy update with same error "RPC server is unavailable"

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

From your client computers try to ping the domain name and before pinging domain name please clear cache and paste the logs here.

Did you change any DNS server in your environment?

How you are providing IP address to all the client machines??

What's the IP of DNS server configured in DHCP.. if you are using DHCP server to assign IP to client machines??

Ping request could not find host Please check the name and try again.

No DNS servers have been added or removed in over 2 years
DHCP is how clients receive IP address and DNS is configured correctly on all subnets

In the ping the if the fqdn. Bensonsd.local is the domain name locally.
