I have an issue where the calendar on a user's iPad will sync from exchange, but not to it. If the user schedules something on his system in outlook, it shows up on the iPad calendar as normal. However, when he schedules something on the iPad calendar, it no longer syncs back to his exchange account. As a result, it never shows up in outlook. We have tried deleting his exchange account from the ipad and adding it back, and even tried restoring the ipad. Made sure his exchange calendar was the default calendar on the ipad. Any ideas?
