Customize start menu and taskbar using Group Policy

Hi Experts,

I would like to define a list of programs for start menu and taskbar. Is there a script that i can use to accomplish this or is there any better way to do this. I am using Windows Server 2008 R2 as a domain controller and all the workstations are running Windows 7 Professional. Please suggest.

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
