Configure Firefox with default configurations from 2012 R2 with GPO

I've downloaded and copied the firefoxdefaults.adm, firefoxlock.adm and all the VBS files to the central policy location en-US and added to the GPO. I also placed the .VBS files with the .adm files, as I saw in another post. I have added them to the computer/user configs as instructed. Tuned the GPO to what we would like to see FF do and Homepage but it NEVER takes. Push gpupdate from server and test desktop, still nothing.

Is there something else you have to do to get this to work. I have Chrome working.

Singh: it's not so much as deploying FireFox, as it is to set FF to the default settings we are wanting. I can get it to install but that's it. I've been through several of these blogs, but had no luck getting FF to retain the default config we need.

Also, if I run gpreport, it shows where the scripts are supposed to run, but Last Run columns are blank. I'm assuming this is part of the problem, I'm not sure how to make the scripts run. I placed them in there respected areas per script.

MSIFOX: thanks, downloaded and configured the settings I want, basic homepage and unable to modify, but which one would we use in GPO to push out to desktops, Create Extensions or AutoConfig or is this not for use with GPO?
