Batch file to run MMC as other user with admin priv

So I am an IT Systems Analyst for a local banking institution. My question is the following. Every week our computers reboot on the weekends so on Monday morning i have to launch ADUC MMC as another user with admin priviledges. ( for whatever reason they make you sign in as a normal user and you have to use some apps as another user(elevated rights ID and admin priv) So my question is can i create a batch file that will launch automatically in the startup folder (properties>compatibility>Run this program as an admin) so i dont have to do it and i can automate the launching of this program without having to do all the work ( yeah lazy i know #automation) So i was trying this line of code and its not working. Can anyone help please and thank you.

c:\>runas /user:ad-ent\gs_u249979 "C:\Users\u249979\Desktop\Active Directory Use
rs and Computers.msc"

Ive also tried the \savecreds switch to no avail.

normal ID i login as u249979
admin creds gs_u249979

Any assistance in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. thank you.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Disable UAC. I don't know if that is allowed though.

Then your method with savecreds should work.
You should create a shortcut on your desktop and put in the location the following.
runas /user: DomainName \administrator "mmc %windir% \system32\dsa.msc"
