windows 7 : Can't see all wi-fi wireless connections
OS : Windows 7
i did give my old laptop to repair for overheating.
he did fix the issue.
when I start my laptop I can only see wifi connection I used to connect, other wi-fi connections not visible.
adding to that, the internet speed of connection is also terribly low.
before posting this question, I double checked the issue twice from my other laptop and NOTE mobile. where I can see all other wi-fi connections and its speed also normal it was before.
therefore, Indeed the issue could issue in setting in repaired laptop.
please let me know how to fix this issue.

as I said above, I can see only my router wi-fi connection, other connections around not. which are around 10+.
apart from that my-wi connection very slow from this laptop unlike other my laptop & mobile.
