Dell™ SonicWALL™ Secure Remote Access SRA 4600 Series - IPsec VPN - Cannot browse network

I have a group of offshore developers who are able to connect successfully via the SonicWall VPN client (IPSec connection) but are unable to browse their network drives from it.  Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Are they able to resolve your domain / server names?  They may need to add the server name to their hosts file (C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc)

check if you get the correct DNS. we had this problem before. and the solution was DNS.
we use more then 5000 of the SRA units. with out any problem.
