Outlook 2010 search function
Users on Win7 64 bit and users on Server 2012 terminal servers - Outlook search stopped working for some users. It doesn't work for me or a few others on Win7 64 bit running Outlook on our PCs. Terminal server users - some the search function doesn't work, some it does. For those that it doesn't work, it seemed to quit about the same time.

In Non-Cached Mode the Exchange Search index is used on the server. If it cannot find anything reliable for some mailboxes, then yes, you'll have to rebuild the index, as described at https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee633475(v=exchg.150).aspx
