outlook 2013 not showing additional mailboxes in signature pane

hello experts, we are seeing some people with outlook 2013, single profile with mailboxes added in "advanced"

They are trying to have a different automated signature for each mailbox, but only one mailbox is showing up there. We are using O365.
Anyone know why the additional mailboxes/addresses are not showing in the create signature pane ?

Please advise,
thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

just for clarity

From Outlook, go to Options > Mail > click on Signatures
In this dialog, on the right side, there is a drop down to select Email Account.
Only one email account is there, even though we have several mailboxes added to outlook.

How were the mailboxes added to the profile?

You need to add them as additional accounts (via File -> Add account) as opposed to additional mailboxes (via Account Settings -> More -> Advanced).
