I was wondering if someone could recommend some apps out there similar to Sunrise.am that would allow access to a users Exchange calendars for others to be able to pick available times to schedule meetings/appointments.
You mean for people outside your exchange organization?
In Outlook, you have a "Published Calendar" folder inside the outlook profile. You can export calendar items there and store it on a public accessible server.
Send the link to your recipient and he can link this location into Outlook on the tab "Internet Calendars".
This way you can share Outlook calendars over a public share.
