Hello,

I have an issue we have two computers with Windows 7 professional in a domain. They are using microsoft office 2013
Now we have shared a directory with docs and excels files from computer 1.

Now what is happening, when we access & open file from computer2, it's opening & then can edit, however when they are going to save the files, it takes too long.   ALso I have disbaled EFS service.

Does it happens both ways or just issue on Computer2 ?
If the user on computer2 make changes and save and works again does it work or again the issue ?
Where is the files actually stored and what is the version of Windows and Office exactly ?
Also what if you work with different user on computer2, does that work or not ?
Its good to isolate down the issue and then work on it
