asked on

Excel for Mac 2011 / OS X: Where's the Filter by Form functionality?

Hi all

20+ year Excel on a PC user, 20+ minutes Excel on a Mac user.

Where's the 'Filter by Form' function?
When I go to Data ribbon > Filter... ribbon item > By cell value, and then click on any of the column dropdowns, it seems to be filtering on Color and not on Value, and I don't know how to change it to value.

Thanks.

It works for me, I cannot replicate the problem however I do note that the pop-up dialog which appears always makes reference to COLOR even though it IS using the text value.
