Hi All,

We have installed Skype for business 2015 in our environment  and have also published the  links externally.

Users could login using a mobile from our external network without any issues. However, while the users are connected to Wifi in our internal network, mobile devices are unable to login.

Any help in this is greatly appreciated.

Attached is the  log file that was taken from Lync connectivity .analyzer.

Thanks a lot in Advance.

The only (bit essential) thing I see in the logs is:
Verification failed for Mobility (UCWA) service. The service could not be reached from an external network.

This service is a IIS service for internal and external. Make sure the service is running and also check the ApplicationPool which is used by the service.

You may check in the browser, if you can each the site or if you get an error.
The links you see in your protocol

If the service and Application Poo is running fine, then there are two common possibilities.
Internal DNS records (I can not see a problem autodiscover is successful)
certificates on the server. The client, which tries to connect from internal connects to the internal servicer name. So have you put the internal server name in the cert?
