I have a user that is not receiving a particular message from this one outside sender. This message contains a file, but is not being quarantined by the spam filter. Shows as 'accepted'. Checked all the Outlook items, it's non-existent.
When I checked tracking logs in Exchange, it shows that the message was received, but it doesn't show it being delivered.
It is not the user's account, as we had the person resend it to 3-4 other people in the organization with the same behaviour.
The message was delivered to her gmail account, no problem.
Any thoughts as to where to start?
