Eamil not showing in outlook
One of the user cannot see incoming emails when her outlook is open she has to close it and open back up to see new emails plz help?

No we are using office 365
email is shared between two users
when one user delate or move that email other user should not see that email in his inbox
where in our case other user still see in his inbox

My coworker was using my shared computer and asked these questions. He did not confirm that the solution worked, I am changing my password as a result and not checking the "Keep me logged in" option.

Follow up with user shows this event did not re-occur. Issue was resolved by Wayne88's recommendation.

its working now
but email is shared between two people if one delete any email its suppose to delete on other shared email too
but its not deleting
