Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, I was assigning an ip address to VMNET1. Is this interface different with other interface? Is this interface VMNET1 not allowed to assign an ip address? &nbsp;I need three interfaces to connect firewall in Host-only mode

Hi, PC installed vmware workstation. But after assigning a static ip address to vmware interface, ipconfig cannot show this ip address, instead it show 169.254.162.31. I tried several ways to solve it(disable it and enable, ..), but it still cannot be solved. Anyone give some suggestion? Thank you

Why vmware interface cannot show ip address after assigning static ip address?
