Make sure your POP address is IMAP or make sure the Exchange address is the proper address for remote access. With either one, check the PORTS that you are using. Most incoming mail needs to Exchange or Port 995/SSL for IMAP, POP.

Smartphone emails issue

Android is a mobile operating system developed by Google, based on the Linux kernel and designed primarily for touchscreen mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
