I want to know what's the best way of assigning task. Reminders to employees for uncompleted task. before they close during the day. <br />

There are naturally traditional daily task which has been clearly defined when starting.. . But some come along the way. <br />
<br />
How is it possible to be clear on defined expectations.<br />
<br />
Will be good to have this on our local server ( windowns and Linux) or Qnap NAS Serve, but also welcome online solutions.
