why when I download emails using my laptop i get it but not on my I phone?

Hi All,
I am using a laptop & an I phone which has been set to receive  my company's emails along other emails (Gmail ect ) , now I do receive emails on both (laptop & mobile) fine, but the problem is; I sometimes send an email from the phone , if I try to look it up under sent option on my laptop it is not there why is that ? And Is there a way that it will allow me to be able to find sent emails on both devices? Ur help is highly appreciated.

Hi Hariom,

i am using pop3 not imap , also under the advance option I do not have  a screen . In this screen is a section called "Mailbox Behaviours" , so what to do now?

If it says POP, then you have to delete the account and re-add it as an IMAP account

Hi Viral,

if I delete the account and use the IMAP will it work even the company server setup is using pop ? I mean to say my account was configured by an IT Manager

Yes ,first check whether IMAP is configured on your comany server mostly IMAP will be available so you can delete POP3 and create IMAP
