Upgrade VMWare 10.0 to higher version

I am moving from Windows 7 Enterprise to Windows 10 Enterprise.

Currently my old machine has VMWARE 10.0 Workstation with many VM's running.

But the new machine I want to move to has Windows 10 Enterprise. (I can get Professional or Enterprise).
I think that I have to get VMWARE Workstation 11.0 and above (As Windows 10 does not support version 10.0) but not sure what version is better.

Can you guys point out what is the best way to make the switch and if there are any know issues while upgrading and transfer to new machine?

Thanks in advance. :-)
