asked on Downgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 7
Hello a client upgraded her laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Now the laptop is not working properly. Can I downgrade back to Windows 7 ?
Also I am trying to see if Windows 7 is still in a hidden partition, but I can't find. the label is gone in the laptop so I don't know the model of the laptop. I tried to install the only softare I have to retrieve the specification from this laptop like model, serial number ect...I am using "belac" but it seems that it doesn't work with windows 10. anyone has a free software that I can use to retrieve the info so I will be finally able to know what button to push in order to format this laptop back to factory if possible ? thank you

what if she up graded more that 30 days ago ?

wow I read the article...correct me if I am right after 30 day windows 10 deleted automatically the windows 10 old folder?
Then you need to have a backup you can restore files from. Not sure why they did this with windows 10. really stupid functionality.
