We have Outlook (Office) 2013 working with Exchange and with Symantec Endpoint Protection newest version. 
 
Try reinstalling (updating) Windows Update KB3097877 which caused Outlook to crash. 
 
Try setting Outlook Trust Options NOT to download images automatically. 
 
Please let us know.

While in safe mode for a number of days no crashes happened, so it pointed to plugins as the issue.
