I'm trying to place &quot;validation&quot; on a particular cell that looks at a &quot;merged&quot; cell and if there is content (e.g. a number) then it issues a Warning. &nbsp;I know how to use Data Validation and thought this was the easiest way.....however, I don't know the formula.<br />

EE Pros,
