Ok.  Is there a question somewhere in there?

This message normally comes as the browser makes an attempt to check whether the security certificate sent is valid based on GMail account for the site you visiting and CA issuing that cert. It is either you PC is unable to access the revocation server of the CA that issued the SSL certificate to check whether it is still valid. if you see it first time as compared to past experience, indeed it will be strange e.g. PC browser is having some issue so better check latest update and scan machine for malware (to be safe) or the site is having issue and not having the appropriate validation...

I believe this "goggle internet authority 62" has error since supposedly it should has been Google Internet Authority G2 is the issuing CA. And maybe that is why the CA cannot be contacted...Google official PKI cert is found in

Maybe also can test using as advised by Google FAQ -
Is there somewhere we can test clients to see if they work correctly?
