Form tab in Office Word 2010 & 2013
One of our users has a tab in Microsoft Word 2010 with form functions. (Please see attached screen shot) ย The user cannot remember where she downloaded it, but it appears to be a custom created tab. I assume she found it online somewhere, but my search results have not been successful in finding it. A few other users would like the same tab in their Word application. We mostly use Word 2010, 2013, and a few 2016.

Can someone please assist in duplicating, or finding this tab?

Thank you!

Any chance you can share a screenshot of the addin that you have installed on that system? that would be under:
File --> Options-->Addins

It should be listed there along with more info on who made it. If you share a screenshot I can help in your search.

The add-ins screen shot is attached. None of the entries under the Active section strike me as being the one.

You are correct, the only non standard Addin is the PDF Maker one, perhaps this was done as a VBA macro. Would you be able to do a quick check on that:

Hit Alt+F11 while word is opened you'll see the visual basic developer window pop up, on the side bar there is a section called "Project" there is a section under that called "Normal". expand everything udner that and post a screen shot of that to see if it looks any different than what I have posted here:

It is just manual work as you can create customized tab in your ribbon.

Details are in the link below.

http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/12337/create-a-customized-tab-on-the-office-2010-ribbon/

In short, you can just export all customizations in the computer which has the form tab and import it into the one which does not have.

I have no idea whether you can import it in Word 2013 or Word 2016. Just export the current customizations in word 2013 and word 2016 before you do the above tricks.

It is not possible to tell anything from your screenshot.

Have you tried my method in my previous comment?

Microsoft Office is an integrated suite of applications that includes Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and InfoPath, along with a number of tools to assist in making the individual components work together. Coding within and between the projects is done in Visual Basic for Applications, known as VBA.
