Excel Pivot Table newbie question

Hello all,

I have a simple Excel sheet that looks like this:

I'd like some kind of pivot table (or the like), that auto counts the number of movies for the Actor, and also sums up the budget. Something like this:

Attached please find an example file with macro.

Click on the macro button and it will give you the required output.

The example bears no relation to the images. Looking at the images then you would need to separate the actor's name to a separate column.

If you have a column of names then you can use a PivotTable
