Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 / Active Directory Federation Services / Token Certificates

So none of of my users cannot log into CRM (Web Interface or CRM for Outlook client). After further trouble shooting, I notice out ADFS server created new encryption / decryption token certificates because the old certificates are about to expire. To test, I temporarily disabled the ADFS property "AutoCertificateRollover" and set the old certificates to primary. I test CRM access and I was able to log into the web interface with no issues. I set the new certificates back to primary, and again I'm unable to login. Is there a setting in the CRM or ADFS servers that I need to set to use the new certificates? Any pointers would greatly be appreciated.
