Strange. The current visible folder is usually sync'd immediately (if having to create a new OST file), and so should fill up very quickly.<br />
Did you try, for a change, to uncheck Cached Mode of Exchange on the laptop?

I have Outlook 2010 on a desktop and also need it on a laptop. &nbsp;When I open it on the laptop it does not show any mail in the IN folder. &nbsp;It does show everything in all of the other folders. &nbsp;What do I need to do to get the IN folder to show the mail? &nbsp;I thought that maybe the ost on the laptop was bad so I deleted it and started again. &nbsp;Same issue. &nbsp;Remade the user from the MAIL option in the control panel.
