asked on

trying to use multiple copies of ms outlook 2010

I have Outlook 2010 on a desktop and also need it on a laptop.  When I open it on the laptop it does not show any mail in the IN folder.  It does show everything in all of the other folders.  What do I need to do to get the IN folder to show the mail?  I thought that maybe the ost on the laptop was bad so I deleted it and started again.  Same issue.  Remade the user from the MAIL option in the control panel.

Did you make sure to not only view unread messages - if your mails are marked read, that is.

Strange. The current visible folder is usually sync'd immediately (if having to create a new OST file), and so should fill up very quickly.
Did you try, for a change, to uncheck Cached Mode of Exchange on the laptop?
