Thank you for the update about the Comcast upgrade.
As I mentioned on the phone with the credential that you have provided I was able to login to the network storage. I found total of 1.6TB of data in that network storage. I also found that there are 4 shares:
1) Backup (Backups, Backup From Laptop, Everett- Think, Jan-Think)
2) EverettWilcox
3) JanPomerantz
4) Public
I suggest to transfer the entire 1.6Tb of data from the old storage to the new USB external drive. I would transfer everything at once because after the data transfer the old storage will be decommissioned. In this way you will be able to 1) access the data needed immediately as requested, 2) on your time you can sort between the data and delete what you think is old data not necessary anymore.
I will perform the data transfer in chucks to make sure that no data will be lost. The process will probably take several hours but for this project I am willing to charge you a flat fee of $ xxxx no matter how much time it will take.
If you authorize this project by tomorrow, I am planning to deliver the new External USB Drive complete with the data transferred by this coming Tuesday December 15.

Hello Joe and thank you for your smart note. I am purchasing a new my cloud NAS storage in which all the data will be transferred shortly. for an immediate need I will put the data in a USB drive. the same copy of data will still be kept in the old nas storage in case something will happen to the USB drive ;)
