I solved it. I forgot that CF11 is case sensitive when accessing directories and file names. I am sure once I fix this it will work

I have just updated my local development computer from Coldfusion 9 to Coldfusion 11. I have downloaded the jar file for MySQL 5 and that is working fine. Now, when I try to load my site I get a 404 error:<br />
