IT Resolution Template
Hi,
I am looking for a IT Resolution template that I may use whenever a get a phone call from a user. We are in the process of setting up a IT Help desk portal, however this is more for my notes. I get a lot of phone calls and drive-bys, that I'd like to note resolutions, so that I may import later into ticketing system. I appreciate your help!
