Convert *.edb file to *.csv

I have the WLM Contacts file (*.edb) but am unable to convert it to a CSV file.  I've checked several site and program that are so called conversion programs but have been unsuccessful.  This file is no longer on the original system since it had a corrupted OS and has now been upgraded to W10.  Can someone please suggest a way to convert this EDB file to a CSV.  Thanks.

Yes, I was aware of this app and it is the app I tried.  There are three "identities" on the subject system and 3 DBstore folders associated with each of the identities.  Each DBstore folder has a contacts.edb file.  I was able to see one of the files but not the other two.  The one I could see is not the correct one.  I'm thinking that perhaps "Livecontacts" needs the entire DBstore folder and I think I only copied the "contacts" file from the folder.   However, that doesn't really make any sense.  I'm going to try the process again but if you have any other thoughts, please reply.  Thanks.
The application does convert but the issue is that the contacts folder is associated with a particular identity and I have not been able to open the correct EBD file for the identity in question.  I thank you for your response but will use an image I stored prior to the upgrade and will attempt to "grab" the contacts before the OS fails.  Before the upgrade to W10, I could only depend on the OS being alive for about 5 minutes.
