MS 365 & Visio

Hello Everyone

Please can you assist me, I have tried to install Visio 2013 onto a machine running office 2016 only to find I couldn't. I now have a volume licence of Visio 2016 and wanted to load 64 bit and was told as office 2016 wasn't 64 bit I couldn't. I am now tried 32 bit and get the below error.

You cannot mix and match click-to-run and MSI install, you cannot mix and match 2013 and 2016 installs. There is a free upgrade offer that can help some people (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Special-offer-for-customers-with-Office-2016-and-Office-2013-standalone-applications-c32e3cad-e935-4163-a44f-50d896e10bbc), but that is NOT applicable to VL customers.

And you are getting the error because you already have Office click-to-run install on the same PC. Here's an article that gives you more details: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Office-installed-using-Click-to-Run-and-Window-Installer-on-same-computer-isn-t-supported-30775ef4-fa77-4f47-98fb-c5826a6926cd?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US
