find out all mdf and ldf files being used by the sql instance

I have an instance of sql that has a fair amount of databases.  not all of the mdf files match the name of the associated db's perfectly.  Is there a quick way i can make a list of all the mdf files and ldf files that are currently "attached" to the instance?

Try this:
exec sp_msforeachdb 'USE ?; SELECT DB_NAME(), name, filename FROM sys.sysfiles'
