Can NOT Start Outlook 2016

Hello Everyone,

In trying to set up the rotational block on my Surface last night to better view a set of plans for our condo, I must have changed some setting related to Outlook and/or Exchange.  While my Surface is otherwise working okay (internet works, etc.), I get the following two messages when I try to open Outlook:

 1.      Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.  The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store cannot be opened.

 2.      Outlook cannot log on. Verify you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name.  The Microsoft Exchange information service in your profile is missing required information.  Modify your profile to ensure that you are using the correct Microsoft Exchange information service.

any idea on how to fix this please ?  I am using Outlook 365. I have installed locally in my computer outlook 2016. Could be possible that the PST file is corrupted ? is there any utility that can fix a corrupted PST file ? is yes, where can I find it please ?  Also the computer is using Windows 10, how can I find the PST file in widows 10 ? Can someone provide the steps to find it.

Thank you a lot,
OutlookWindows 10Exchange
