Google Docs Security Issues --

Good evening all,

   I have a link two two google docs that some one has sent me -- But no one seems to have permission to the data or the ability to grant permission to the files in question.

   While normally, this might be straight forward i this case the use who created the account is no longer with the firm and the user who created the files has also moved on.  

    So I have two questions -- . Anyone, have a link to a process that can be used to regain access to the specific documents and or the base folders,  There appears to be something google refers to as an "Account Administrator" but no one knows who that would be, So we are also looking for a process to identify and recover access to this firms administrator account.
