iPad errors continue. Windows 10 all updated, IOS 9.1 upgraded this morning to 9.2 and after that, and reboots, again errors. Ran diagnostics and all tests passed, including sync tests. I don't get it, any ideas, other than that Quicktime isn't found?

I previously uninstalled all related components and interfaces, including Quicktime, and after reboot reinstalled new iTunes (which was already updated at that point). Then the -54 errors continued ... unknown.
Any ideas?
Thanks a lot,
