Manage Application Updates

I am looking for suggestions on what to use to manage all our PC's and apply updates for not only Microsoft updates but for all our third party applications as well.
We have about 40 PC's on our network spread across 3 locations and would like to be able to centrally manage without having to "touch " each machine.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I like to use PDQ Deploy, by Admin Arsenal.

It's easy to use.

They have a free version (no expire) and paid versions.

You can install it on a workstation or a server.

I bought the paid one so I can use the Scheduled Deployment option.

They also have predefined install packages. I like to use those for Java, Flash, Firefox...
