vmware vsphere 6

Hi Friends,

Recently I have installed Vmware vsphere  6. I am able to connect the Vcenter server using vsphere client.But I am unable to connect the vcenter using webclient. I am getiing below error message while accessing Vcenter via webclient.

"the vsphere client web server is still initializing please try again shortly"

I had a similar issue last week with 5.5, do you have the latest Java?
Other than that, not sure what I did, but mine was OK the next day. when I went back to see if I could figure it out.
Hopefully the vmware guru will be along shortly, i am very interested in his response.

Have you tried a different browser?  ie..Chrome, Firefox, IE.

This message occurs shortly after you start-up vCenter Server....after 15 minutes it should have initialized.

So, is it working now, when did you try to access the Web Client ?

vCenter Server is very hungry in terms of resources, so what specification is the server, and is it virtual ?

Is this vCenter Server for Windoze, of the VCSA appliance?

This happens if the vCenter is starving for Memory.
It takes some time for the services to be up. In my Lab with 8GB RAM for vCenter, had to wait more 5 mins after vCenter VM boots.

often vCenter Server configuration should be 4 vCPU and 16GB RAM!
