My Windows laptop will not open websites. &nbsp;It sometimes will and sometimes will not. &nbsp;It seems that it has a hard time connecting to the internet for some things and for other things it is fine. For example Skype seems to work ok but it is hit and miss with other things such as Google.com, etc. &nbsp;Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.<br />

Internet Connectivity issues. DNS problem?

The Internet Protocol (IP) is the principal communications protocol in the Internet protocol suite for relaying datagrams across network boundaries, organized in abstraction layers, traditionally called "Link," "Internet," "Transport" and "Application”.
