Junk Mail

My user is feedback that email send from abc@gmail.com always go to junk mail.I do a test using my personal gmail cba@gmail.com that was no problem but if use abc@gmail.com then will flow to junk mail.I try to use abc@gmail.com to administrator mailbox also return the same result.

Please advice how to prevent exchange server to flow abc@gmail.com to junk mail for everyone.

Can't be done.  Junk mail or 'spam' is defined by the recipient, not the sender.
save abc@gmail.com as a safe sender or a contact it will stop going into spam.

So you mean that i need to go every user to save abc@gmail.com as a safe sender ?
What are using to host email? Exchange, office 365 ? hosted email?
Server is exchange 2010 and was hosted inside our company.
any expert can advice on above  ?

Please proceed closed this question because we already rectified the issue already.The problem occur is because the user site IP Address has been blacklisted ,after we call the ISP to release then the issue is solved.
